“Unfortunately, due to a teachers strike and earthquake activity, our tour had to be turned around. However, our guide Eduardo and driver Ozman were wonderful. We set out from the port and immediately Eduardo started providing an amazing amount of history of the country of our destination which was to be to Antigua. In the short time we were with Eduardo we really learned a lot about Guatemala. We have no doubt if our tour could have been completed it would have been 5 stars! As the trip had to be cancelled a refund was issued by the tour company/Viator. The refund was made within 1-2 days. Great service all.”
